The Journal of the Balkan Geophysical Society is published electronically. The published articles will not be altered once they appear on the web site of Balkan Geophysical Society (http://www.balkangeophysoc.gr). The traditional journal elements such as peer-review and editing are applied to the submitted papers.

Papers are stored in Adobe PDF format and they can be viewed and printed by using the freely distributed program Adobe Reader (1997 - 2010 Adobe Systems Incorporated). Viewing PDF files inside of a web browser is possible by using Adobe Acrobat. Alternatively, abstract of a paper can be examined to make a decision whether a certain article will be downloaded.

The Journal of the Balkan Geophysical Society can be freely copied and redistributed in printed or digital form. But, the content of the papers cannot be altered digitally and any part of a paper (text or figure) cannot be used for any purpose without the permission of the author(s) and the editor.

A specific volume of the journal may be provided on a CD-rom disk as finances permit if the reader couldn't access the Internet.
